Wryter ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by [Company legal name — TBD]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Wryter generates and publishes written content using AI models you connect with your own API keys ("bring your own key", BYOK). We do not resell or mark up model provider usage — you are billed by us for platform features and limits, and separately by your chosen AI provider for the tokens you use.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you generate, publish, or connect (including CMS credentials and site data). You retain ownership of the articles you generate through the Service.
Any third-party API keys or CMS credentials you provide are encrypted at rest and used solely to perform the actions you request (generating or publishing content). We never use your keys for any purpose you did not initiate.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time. Billing is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated content may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.
